When should one start filling out US applications

US Universities offer 2 intakes-Fall (Sep-main intake) and Spring (Jan) intake.

For fall universities start accepting applications from sep/oct of previous year and accepts till March. Many universities accept applications till may. It depends on the university, course and the availability in seats in that particular course.

For Spring, applications usually starts from feb/march of previous year and accepts till Aug/Sep. Again it depends on university, course and availability of the course.
